Passerby is an editorial photo project that roots itself in the essence of travelers, backpackeres, and migrants conceptualized by Chicago based photographer Steven Piper and stylist Anika. Rose acted as a prop stylist on Passerby constructing a large backpack of trunks, tools, ornamental items and more. Balancing asthetics and functionality / mobility for the model, Houston, the Passerby bag was created by drawing inspirations from nomads, hikers, fisherman, weavers, Indigenous Peoples of the Arctic, and Norseman.
